PROJECT SCOPE
880 linear feet of cellular cofferdam bulkhead; pipe pile installation for terminal structure support; vibro-compaction of a 120,000-square-foot area; coordination with adjacent dredging and sediment disposal operations.

CHALLENGES & HIGHLIGHTS
The work required a demanding, multi-phase construction sequence coordinated closely with dredging and sediment disposal operations tied to the adjacent CAD Cell No. 4.
