Water flows through the existing copper pipe. Before treatment, its inner surface is exposed.

02 / IN THE FLOW

Dissolved oxygen moves with the water. Here, each oxygen molecule is shown as two connected yellow spheres.

Copper ions separate from the darkened spot and drift downstream. Each release leaves a little less copper behind.

AquaSoft SW enters as the water’s pH is balanced. Treatment travels downstream with the water before settling onto exposed copper.

06 / PROTECT THE RECESS

THE SURFACE.

Treatment settles along the sides and bottom of the pit. The thin protective layer follows the recess—it does not fill it or replace lost copper.

07 / CONTINUOUS COATING

ONE THIN
PROTECTIVE LAYER.

Treatment covers the remaining exposed copper. The individual deposits blend into a continuous film, without stacking into additional layers.

08 / ONGOING PROTECTION

MAINTAIN
THE BARRIER.

A small part of the barrier lifts away and drifts downstream. An incoming treatment particle settles into that exact gap; the surrounding coating stays in place.

A continuous cyan lining follows the visible interior and curves around the pipe. The corrosion pit remains underneath—protected, not repaired.
