Self-performed marine demolition and repair subcontractor; concrete pile cap demolition and repair; epoxy injections; cast-in-place concrete; shotcrete; fiberglass pile jackets; structural steel blast, paint, and repairs; precast apron; timber and steel piles; sheet pile bulkhead; floats and gangways.

CHALLENGES & HIGHLIGHTS

Work was sequenced around active ferry traffic and an operating port across three phases while multiple demolition, repair, and installation scopes ran concurrently.

Delivered on schedule with CMCLLC’s own crews and equipment while keeping the adjacent ferry system operating through new and temporary floats, gangways, and platforms.
